Important Notice

Our aim is to provide you with a simple and quick way of buying tickets or registering for an event online. Anyone that buys tickets or registers for an event via CAVEN, therefore accepts the below agreement with CAVENN TICKETING SERVICE - FZCO, the parent company owner of https://www.cavenn.com/ and all intellectual property associated with cavenn.com.

Definitions

"CAVEN"
Shall refer to CAVENN TICKETING SERVICE - FZCO, or its subsidiaries, whose registered office is at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE.
"Website"
Shall refer to the online sales portal https://www.cavenn.com/ or any other electronic Websites or domains provided by Caven for the sale of Tickets.
"Customer"
Shall refer to any individual or organisation that uses The Website to purchase or attempt to purchase any goods or services.
"Promoter"
Shall refer to any individual, partnership or organisation responsible for the organisation, promotion and delivery of any event.
"Event"
Shall refer to any event where the Promoter wishes to promote, advertise and sell tickets to Customers using the Website.
"Ticket"
Shall refer to any form of paid or complimentary entrance voucher, whether physical or electronic.

1. Ticket Purchase Policy

  • 1Tickets purchased on the Website or via Caven's retail outlets are non-refundable except in limited circumstances described in the Refunds Policy.
  • 2Tickets cannot be exchanged except in the limited circumstances described in the Refunds Policy.
  • 3The Ticket is generally prohibited from being transferred or resold to any third party, except to the Customer's immediate family member and/or friends.
  • 4Customers are advised not to purchase Caven-branded Tickets resold through third party platforms.
  • 5Caven may require the Customer to provide proof that they are the original purchaser of the Ticket.
  • 6It is the responsibility of Customers to protect their tickets from loss or theft.

2. Ticket Resale Policy

All purchased Tickets may be resold by the Customer to any third party, provided the following conditions are met:

Valid account on the application
Prior approval from the Company
Resale via Customer's Account
Cannot exceed ticket value*
Administrative fees apply
Tax deductions apply

* Markup requires Company approval. All proceeds less charges will be credited to your bank account.

3. Ticket Usage & Event Attendance

It is the Customer's responsibility to check for any restrictions before purchasing a Ticket:

🎫Age restrictions
👔Dress code requirements
📋Venue rules and regulations
🔍Security search policies
🚪Re-entry policies
🚫Prohibited items

⚠️ No refunds will be issued for declined entry or failure to attend the event.

4. Refunds Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

Event Cancelled

The Event is cancelled and not rescheduled

Event Postponed

The Event is postponed and the Customer cannot attend the new date

Significant Changes

Significant changes to the Event details

Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe and are subject to approval by Caven.

5. Limitation of Liability

Caven, the venue management and the Promoter accept no responsibility or liability for:

Items lost or stolen at the Event
Injury incurred at the Event
Changes to Event lineup or schedule
Quality or content of the Event
Travel or accommodation costs
Third-party services or products

6. Compliance & Sanctions

Caven will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries.
